Ok, so you have decided you want to invest in real estate… what now?
Want to know a secret?… ready?… here it comes…
The fact that there are no real secrets anymore is fairly evident - if you want to know pretty much anything, all you need to do is log on, Google it, and download whatever you are looking for.
“There are no secrets.”
So, there. Now you know. “Secret” is a great word for marketers (like me… and eventually you) to get your attention, which is becoming increasingly harder and harder every day because of all the crap out there demanding your time and focus.
That being said, why would I tell you that?
Because I want you to start out heading in the right direction. Trust me here, in the end, you will thank me for telling it to you straight.
I’m on your side and that means we have to start on the same page together - or I cannot help you.
But, how do you know if what you discover is accurate? How can you smell out the Bad Stuff (uhm “B.S.” 
and sort out the valuable information that will put money in your pocket, free up your time, help you quit your J.O.B., allow you to travel the world, buy that expensive car for cash, or… whatever your goals are?First, consider this…
…and you may not like to hear it, but I’m gonna tell you anyway, because I’m on your side, remember?
“If it sounds easy… if it requires you to do nothing… know nothing… learn nothing… change nothing… and if what you find or who you find selling it - tells you that “all you need to do is plug it in and make your fortune” - I have some bad news…
… you have probably come across some B.S.
Tell ya’ what… if you feel compelled to spend your money on a one of these “lottery tickets” - give it to me, I’ll keep a tab running for you and apply what you give me to your next lesson, course, software purchase, or monthly RealEstateInvesting360.com membership.
The money will go a lot further that way and although you may not win a lottery, you will know how to create your own windfall eventually.
Folks - you may not like to hear this, but I’ve gotta let you know, it’s my responsibility and will save you years of time, buckets of tears, and mounds of money.
You’ll start where you are and together, we’ll move you forward. As we do, you will find new facts hidden in those old books you put on the bookshelves and forgot all about.

I hope you are still with me - that is marketing suicide to tell you that I don’t have the magic bullet or the genie’s lamp to sell you.
I can promise you this however - what I do have works.
What I offer you is experience… years of it… in the trenches.
That is not all I offer you however… how ’bout the truth? I’ll give it to you straight… and those “secrets” others tell you about? You’ll discover them in time… be patient, you don’t need to open to every page of the book at once.
I’m eventually going to ask you to invest in me and my programs, let’s go ahead and get that out of the way. For now, however… and maybe indefinately, just take advantage of what I can provide to you in this blog and e-mails I’ll send to you.
Let me show you why it’s worth your time to hang around our community and prove to you that I can help you grow your business so it lasts… and creates for you the lifestyle you are looking for and that I know for a fact, if done correctly, real estate investing and being a successful entrepreneur can provide.
If you want to “Invest in Real Estate” ok… but if you want to “Succeed in Real Estate Investing… BIG TIME!” then, you are in the right place.
No one can do it for you…
…but others can help you do it right, better, faster, more profitably, with less risk, less stress, with better - tested and proven - systems.
A good mentor or coach along with a community of supporting peers and like minded successful entrepreneurs all focussed on helping each other and contributing to your success can make a HUGE difference in your business.
Yes, it can also be done with less work, smarter, and more efficiently - but know this, if you believe that one e-book or three day seminar will drop millions in your lap… hmmmm…. you need a coach or community even more than you think.
A good coach will keep you from making silly pipe-dream mistakes - not invite you to contribute to them.
I’m a capitalist however… and although I do provide a great deal of information and time to you for no charge… I hope that you find value in what I share - put it to good use - make huge amounts of money - and invest in me with some of those profits to help you even more.
I’ll earn the right however… and you’ll be glad you got to know me.
Will you like me? I don’t know, I hope you do - but that is not the point of you being here is it? Hopefully, it’s to learn and to profit. To move closer to your goals and to accept some guidance from an experienced entrepreneur who will help you succeed.
That is what I aim to do… but I must tell you - I don’t always talk nice. I don’t always stroke your ego. You may not want to open yourself up to being accountable to me, because I’ll not let you quit if I have anything to say about it and if you are part of our community.
Just know that I will tell it to you like it is… not always like you want to hear. And you will thank me…(Lesson: Know your criteria!) or if you want to buy properties - post in the comments what you have or what you are looking for - you’d be suprised how we can all help each other out when the right mix of folks come together.
Why is that important?
Because if I only tell you what you want to hear… what you are comfortable with, what you already know… how will you ever grow to be more than you are? You don’t need me for that… you need me and this community to help you get to the next level…
Because growth is sometimes hard and it’s always better to have allies, friends, support, and empathetic partners when things get hard, unless you just quit, right? And you have read this far because you recognize that what I’m saying to you is true.
What now?
Well, this is just the beginning - so hang around and you’ll see. Put me to the test - challenge me - and give me the opportunity to help you succeed.
Now, here is the important part… I could write my own wonderful and comfortable posts here every day… I can pick a subject and start blabbing away AT you.
What’s your opinion though? I feel that if we are going to help you reach your goals, the best approach is to let you guide me concerning what you want to know, right?
I’d rather talk WITH you… about what you need, not AT you about what I guess you need.

Grrrrrr…
